Our litigation attorney, Mark L. Smith, has over 40 years experience in personal injury and criminal defense cases. He helps clients with a variety of legal issues including injuries suffered as a result of another person’s fault (negligence) be it auto, mass transportation, premises claims (a fall at the supermarket or store) where the claimant has suffered a significant injury including multiple surgeries, various Criminal Cases such as Bank Fraud, Financial Crimes, Money Laundering, Drug Transactions, and other serious criminal accusations. Lynn Bouvier Kapiskas handles the firm’s elder law and probate law matters for our clients. She brings over 20 years of experience to the firm and works tirelessly on behalf of our clients to ensure that their interests and the interests of their loved ones are protected in the event of a death in the family. She helps clients in several areas of law including nursing home planning, trust funds, estate planning, wills, administering of the estate and others.
